For Agencies & Departments

EQUIPPING YOUR
WHOLE DEPARTMENT.

DocuFire's public pricing is built for individual investigators. Departments, agencies, and municipalities that need multiple seats and want to purchase through a purchase order can too — here's how.

Two paths, depending on your timeline

Most agencies come to us needing devices set up now, with a purchase order working its way through procurement on its own schedule. Both are supported.

01
Email to get started
Tell us how many investigators and devices you're equipping, and whether a PO is already in motion. We'll figure out the right path together.
02
Get your team working right away
While procurement runs its course, we can issue temporary App Store access codes so your investigators aren't waiting on paperwork to start documenting cases.
03
Move to formal purchasing
For ongoing institutional purchasing, DocuFire supports purchase orders through Apple Business Manager and its Volume Purchase Program — the standard channel Apple provides for government and business buyers.

A few honest notes

On Apple Business Manager

If your department doesn't already have an Apple Business Manager account, your IT team can enroll for free at business.apple.com. In the U.S., enrollment no longer requires a D-U-N-S number — a federal tax ID is enough.

On shared accounts

DocuFire syncs per iCloud account. If several investigators share one Apple ID across devices, they'll share the same case list rather than having separate private caseloads — which works well for a shared department pool, and we added a Lead Investigator field to each case specifically so it's still clear who's working what.

Let's Set It Up

Every department's situation is a little different. Email directly and we'll work out what makes sense for yours — Roger reads and answers every message himself.
